>>46177111He's an autist, but that's what makes him so fun to watch. It's also fun to speculate about why he has a Crobat, a pokemon that evolves through hapiness, on his team. Is it stolen? Is it to further show how Cyrus manipulates those around for his own gain, like his grunts and his team of pokemon? Or to show that he still feels compassion, as much as he hates to admit it?
He's not generically evil like Giovanni and Ghetsis, and he's definitely a better team boss than the Hoenn, Kalos and Galar team leaders. I also like how DPPt actually has some npcs that talk about his childhood, and the dialogue he has with Rotom in USUM.
