My guess that its a new PWT. There's the grassium Z so it implies its some type-focused arena (for this battle that is). There's cheering crowd and on top of that one of other props looks like a redesigned and updated PWT logo, using exactly the same ideas and design element choices (crown, pokeball, star, laurel wreath, gold, red)
All other props we've seen are very simple but this one looks very detailed and unique. Probably its a logo and so its the same case as evil teams logos as props
