His speed has been waaaayyyy emphasized, and the stats and moves shown indicate he has decently high attack, too. Maybe he could be mixed, but his defenses would have to be literally non-existent given the info we have about the rest of his stats.
Honestly, Talonflame has a chance to be a solid physical Fire/Flyer. Bellyzard is near unheard of now, Moltres is obviously special, and Ho-oh is locked away in Ubers.
