The gym is a metal temple, no particular religion, just monks/spiritualists meditating and communing with spirits. Lots of metal instruments (crafted by the monks) and bells being rung. The whole place is very peaceful.
Gym leader is a battle monk. I could see them either being a child prodigy sort of thing, or an older lean and muscular person. If the leader is me, I’m 21 so I guess I’m somewhere in the middle. Wears a white robe in contrast to everyone else’s various colored robes.
