this is the best way to utilize any wigglytuff I can come up with within this little time
its prints are simply underwhelming
this would function as some sort of non ex mega gardevoir, just with a lot of risk involved and less damage for the benefit of not using ex cards... (it's bad)
but who knows maybe you'll get a lucky prize trade against nightmarch in one of ten games!
