>>43478385Dragon isn't beasts it's literally the draconic races. It's why sceptile and ampharos get dragon type when they mega since they're reptilian. It is a matter of power though, and why not all draconic like pokemon aren't dragon type.
And fairy works as its own type but a lot of the mons they gave the type to or made fairy are stupid. Fae are whimsical sprites/beings connected intimately with nature. But shit like clefable (an ET) or slurpuff (I'm mean seriously) make the type and concept terribly executed. There are a couple of conceptually good ones though like mega altaria, primarina, whimsicott, or grimmsnarl.
