Litten has an immense amount of length between second and third evo, almost as much as popplio third evo from the obvious seal/mermaid.
And Rowlett final looks more bulky , like it won't need much length.
So rowlett could kinda go anywhere but it won't gather much space
Litten needs a LOT of space between evo and final evo, which means either a really thin bipedal final evo or a final evo that's almost as long as a seal laying on the ground.
Looks like popplio stands up to do a trick like pose on the first evolution and then just lays on the ground as a seal.
Doesn't looks like these leaks are real lads.
