>>28621366There's HGSS Nosepass with Head Smash, yeah. For some Pokemon it's a bootstrap paradox where the only way to get it is from a Pokemon that already knows it. I'm aware of Gen3-5 Shellder (Take Down from XD), Gen 3 Snorlax (Fissure from XD), Gen 3 Scyther (Razor Wind from XD), and Dragonite (Extreme Speed from HGSS).
Getting weird / technically rare moves on stuff is kind of fun to me whenever I'm breeding.
There're also a few Pokemon that get moves from a parent that was tutored the move in a previous generation. All Self Destruct Snorlax have a Pokewalker Munchalx or an XD tutored Snorlax in their lineage. All Heat Wave Litwicks before B2W2 was released had a Heat Wave Magcargo somewhere down the line.
Also, Ally Switch's distrobution got really weird once it stopped being a TM. Archeops, Ponyta, and Krabby get it from egg moves.
