Their dresses are not part of their body, but a sort of traditional gown/dress that they make, using materials around them that they find in forests or other places.
Ralts line live together in packs, creating smaller villages in the forests. Depending on their relationships with humans, the villages can either be really far or really close to the human civilization.
They are omnivores, meaning they can eat anything from berries to meat. Although, majority of them prefer berries.
To raise a healthy Ralts line Pokémon, you need to treat it very smilar to the way you treat a human. To ensure that a small Ralts will eventually grow up to be a happy and healthy Gardevoir/Gallade, you have to treat it and raise it the same way you would treat a small child.
To play with them, I assume games such as hide-and-seek would be best suited. Again, think of games that children like to play.
