Its CP/100 of the Blissey (3219) when you make it faint and not the CP of the Blissey when you start battling (2332).
Basically asking because this is what happened tonight. Spent 40 minutes battling a 3.2K Blissey over and over again (at least 10-14 golden razz used). Every time the Blissey was at 1/3 health (1.4k CP) it got golden razz up.
I was too fanatic and didn't pay attention to the BXP earned. They gave up just when I was going to give up. Ironically I didn't even put a Pokemon in after taking down the rest of the gym because its someone I know and the community knows. Protecting my "rep" was more important.
