But when combined with this overall effort to make Gardevoir more human-like and waifu-y? Hard pass. Maybe that works for most people, but fuck 'em, give me back my eerie grace and inhuman beauty. She was plenty cute already, you're just getting rid of what charmed me about her in the first place.
