>>53102208He's not exactly a rival, but this is Koa. He's an aspiring Dragon trainer who wants to be the captain for Kommo-o's trial, since it currently doesn't have one. He tiptoes between a super-serious demeanor and a country bumpkin sort of inflection as you get to know him. As a rival, he'd probably be super intent on beating you for his honor, but as you beat him once or twice he starts to simply think about enjoying the battle or learning something from you. His signature Pokémon is a Kommo-o, and in my next post I'll post his final team (in the mid 60s)
