Falinks could've stood to be Fighting/Steel (Does it look like a caterpillar only in its single-file formation when viewed at a 3/4 angle? Yes. Was that an intentional feature of its design/biology? No, so stop saying it should be Bug type).
Grapploct could've stood to be Fighting/Water especially since the Poliwag line was cut.
G. Farfetch'd and Sirfetch'd are fine as pure Fighting since they lean towards the idea of flightless ducks and don't learn any moves that require them to be airborne. There are a few technicalities of Pokemon based on flightless birds being Flying type but that doesn't mean Gamefreak needs to have thumbs up their asses every time.
