We go east again, and after a few trainers make it to Fortune Town -- "Where the sea kisses the land." Nothing there besides a condensed Contest Hall with all four ranks, so we go east and find Ryan offering me Surf even though I already have it. Mmmmmm asks him to battle but Ryan needs to heal up after losing to Nicolas.
A few seconds later we find Nicolas, lamenting that Angeallen is captured. He turns on me, asking me why I didn't help Angeallen (it's because I got incapacitated literally seconds after Angeallen was), and challenges me to a battle. He has Beatote, Charizard, a new Fakemon, Illaimant (I assume the Illusime variant of Beatote), Wartortle, and Ivysaur.
Beating him, he apologizes and talk about how worthless he is, and then leaves. Soon after I arrive at Rintah Town -- "Where the Tree of Love stands."
Nicolas tells me about some fag named JB Crosell, and I have to go find and battle him.
He has Whirlipede/Vibrava/Milotic/Lucario/Scyther/Charmeleon (everyone has a fucking Charmander or its evolution in this game).
