personally, I start at 18/18 and then just take a point away for anything I dislike or feel meh about, rather than counting up ones I really like from 0/18As for your chart, really good taste for the most part. I dislike Jynx, but overall I'd say maybe 14-15/18

I used a few NFEs today, but sometimes I would limit myself to fully evolved mons to make the choices a little narrower. Just have fun, and even make multiple charts if you want. Sometimes I'll do one for only base/NFEs and one for only FEs, etc. For example, here's one I made that was limited to base NFEs and no starters (pic related)
