I feel like its gotten a decent amount of attention, "Legendary" status, signature Pokemon of a major character, in SWSH for literally no reason, a big buff to Multi Attack in Gen 8, based off Pokegod, and a whole host of its own items just for it. I feel like GF wants it to be good and wants it to be used, but they're too dumb to actually make it useful.
I'm praying BDSP does something with it, that feels like its last chance.
