If you were a male you were susceptible to Attract which is basically paralysis without the speed drop>Miltank has 100 base speed which is fucking fast for a 2nd gym Pokemon and good even in late stages of the game. Meaning Miltank is likely to go first and can use Stomp which can Flinch. So that's a Flinch check AND an Attract check before you even get to play>105 Def and 95 HP is also fantastic physical bulk for a second gym Pokemon. And even if you whittle her down she still has access to recovery in Milk Drink>Also lol Rollout because fuck youMeaning if you didn't walk into her gym with a female Geodude or trade with the guy for a Machop Whitney was a threatening NPC
