I've used all of these pokemon before and they're all really good. Many people don't bother with Lunatone and Solrock but they've been excellent in all my runs. Grumpig is a fabulous Sp.Def wall with Rest, Calm Mind, and Psychic. Swellow is great during the run but it has very little to do in the league, it's WAY better after they introduced Flame Orb and reduced its damage to 1/16.

I didn't have anything to patch up what my team needed so I went with a wild card, Wobbuffet. He was actually pretty useful, he's a safe switch, he's got Safeguard, and he's a surefire kill on heavy hitters, I recommend you guys try him too. You do need to keep him on the EXP Share because you can't really train him, but that's fine.
