Still better than shitmons I guess. This is his suggested gsc smogon set. He was listed as uu. Other sets seriously suggest using zap cannon too so yea. He struggled. Gen3 gave him dragon dance which made him better. I used a gyara in fire red recently and return/eq/dragon dance/surf served well enough. But alas those were different times.
