Bluray probably never. DVD releases and digital are the only real profitable release for any old TV shows. I would have said in the past that the widescreen format adopted by Diamond and Pearl mid series would be a good time to switch to the newer format, but Sun and Moon being DVD also is pretty telling they're going cheap.
