I made this for the drawthread a while ago, for the "leaked starters." I thought the its coral-like skin could be an exoskeleton, and as it grows, the soft tissue brakes it. And to protect its self, a sort of decoy made from ectoplasm grows from the remainings of the shell. But i never could come up with a name.
