It's nothing too difficult and both sides would benefit greatly from this.
I know that choosing a foreign language at the beginning of the game makes the foreign tag appear on the pokémon's summary, but there's no 100% certainty that the pokémon will work for the Masuda Method yet. Yeah, maybe I'm being too overcautious, but I don't have that much to lose.
