In fact, there should definitely be a Steel-type variation of Recover (Repair?) since there are awfully many bulky Steel-types out there that are bad/mediocre because they don't have any reliable recovery. Steelix, Forretress, Aggron, Bastiodon, Probopass, Empoleon, Registeel, Bronzong... One of the main reasons why Skarmory is so common is because it's pretty much the only bulky Steel-type with reliable recovery.
