Sabrina is interesting. In the game she's a generic psychic girl who doesn't really like battling and wishes you all the best. In the anime, however, she is very cold and cruel from splitting her personalities. Seeing as one side is sadistic and the other is playful, it can be assumed she still retains these two traits when her psych is restored.
Is she a dom? It's a good possibility. Sabrina now is an actress portraying an evil queen in movie series, her dominant side can be expressed along with her playful one. She can live out her power fantasies she had before but in a healthy way that doesn't involve shrinking and torturing kids.
