If Leafeon indeed didn't need to eat then that would be a very good indication she isn't an animal but you'd need more as even plants consume nutrients. Nitrogen is a big one and that can't be consumed via breathing alone, since vaporeon isn't rooted its a safe bet she'd need to eat.

What you don't realize is thats a double edged blade, if you can't use those methods to identify pokemon as animals, you can't to identify them as not being animals either. Basically when you used the method to even simply suggest Leafeon isn't an animal by the basis she doesn't eat therefore not meeting the full criteria of the definition given, you actually contradicted yourself. It wasn't the first time either, you did it with the nipples and you did it when we started this covervation in giving all your reasons they aren't animals you were unintentionally using the very method you said I couldn't use but applied to habitat rather then physical attributes.
