Hey /vp/, I am currently attempting to create pokemon randomizer game to play for FireRed/LeafGreen & HG/SS, i'm using the Universal Pokemon Randomizer, I have access to a DSTWO Supercard, my question is, is there anyway to make the randomizer roms increase the shiny chance to equal that of having the shiny charm in XY/ORAS? I've seen codes that make every single pokemon shiny but that's not what I want, I just want a tiny boost, a percentage, does anyone know how I can achieve this? I've been googling and i'm not having much luck.
