With the afformentioned temper and lashing out, she is honestly the most different of the traveling companion girls who all seem far nicer in comparison. Also in her JP version, she was intentionally written and given a lot of verbal mannerisms that reflected she was disrespectful and didn't like authority figures, which somewhat exists in the dubbed version through her anger but its not the same effect.

Also yeah, Tracey is a pleasant sort. Hes very easy to get along with and doesn't cause much problems. Also based on later episodes, he and Misty are still good friends based on the azuril he gave her.
