While I could buy the city being blocked due to the Necrozma threat, the city stays blocked and the residents in quarantine state for all eternity long after Necrozma is dealt with
Why Gamefreak, why do you do so many cool locations and then do nothing with them. This fucking artwork had more thought and effort put into it than the real thing
