Zygarde's perfect form appears during battle when it changes form at 10% or 50%.
The specs for the 10% form, 50% form, and perfect form are as follows.
*All forms are treated as having the same rating as the legendary form.
10% Form

HP is half that of 50% Zygarde. Speed is high, but other abilities are inferior.

Stays the same as the old Zygarde
