M Scizor is still much better, but you have a few advantages with this build. Mainly, you don't have to flounder around with Spirit Links and a Stage 1, plus you have access to a non-EX attacker and Max Elixer consistency over Mega Turbo. This was much better before the Mew EX reprint, since now you can just tech one or two of those into M Scizor.
I use Zoroark over Escape Ropes and Switches, meaning I don't have to set up a second attacker for it to work, and it lets me use FFB.
