>>35927348>>35927382Not everything can breed in Pokemon but yeah most of pokemon can canonically breed, it's just that humans doesn't know how to make them breed in sites that aren't their habitats (Latias and Latios are the best evidence).
Some pokemon breed (regardless humans know how to trigger their reproduction or not), others are created "naturaly" and others are created "naturaly" but can also breed like Voltorb, Phantump. There's a lot of examples but the games never shown this (only pokedex entries and similar text only shit) until USUM's Ultra Beast
