I personally tend to have an idea of the Pokemon world being much like ours thanks to the movies and anime.
>>31929431Do you have a spare USB flash drive? You can put Linux on that and boot your computer to it instead of the hard drive, all you do is download a program, it doesn't mess with your friends computer.
It's also a good way to test the rest of the equipment. Unplug the HDD and if it still has trouble, it's going to be something else.
