How we going to buff Damp?
I think it can be buffed both passively and actively. You'd do wonders for it by:
1. Adding more new and variant explosive moves (ala Mind Blow & Misty Explosion)
2. Buffing explosive moves to be more viable. (restore previous -2 to defense? temper to -1? Buff damage?)
Then buffing Damp itself would let it have wider use applications. Imagine if it was an automatic Mud Sport + Water Sport. That could be great in a Doubles-centered format.
