On the turn right after one of your mons fainted, you can choose to unite the fallen mon's soul with the current mon in play. The gained mon will gain stats depending on the fallen mon's EV yield (Or heal if it's HP EVs) and then will proceed to use the first attack of the fallen mon's first move slot for the turn.
You can only do this once per battle.
Just thought of that recently, don't know how broken it could be.
