Having access to Giga Drain and grassy terrain healing would great recovery in lieu of black sludge.
Weather ballistic a Roserade move that it might as well have. It's an interesting counter to sun teams utilising grass types and allows it to surprise enemy fire types in the rain.
Mostly self indulgence but could be interesting as a defensive weather pivot.
