If we’re going off of what a Pokémon would be able to do if they actually existed, like with the anime, then there are MANY Pokémon who could defeat one trillion lions all on their own, the most obvious of which would be Dialga and Palkia. It doesn’t matter how many lions there are if you can choose to cause all lions in the world to suddenly age or de-age how ever much you want, or can just shift space around them so that they’re all in space instantaneously. Hell, any Pokémon that can use Earthquake or Surf could theoretically kill all of them if they were in the right place.
If we’re talking solely about game mechanics, then stupid shit like the Pokemon ‘needing to rest’ does not apply, so

Are we assuming that the lions are all ‘normal’ type and only able to do ‘normal’ damage? If so, I’d use a team of six level 100 Trevenant, all with the Harvest ability, all holding a Leppa Berry, and all with the moves Rock Slide, Sunny Day, Horn Leech and Bulldoze, all of which have their PP raised to the maximum.
