It was and interactive drawing website where you post individual "clips" or art as a response to big art. TPL was formed to allow artists to RP their trainers and raise their pokemon under their retarded rules. No one payed too close attention to the rules, it was more about having fun and drawing funny things. It eventually devolved into homo related content and then finally there was a massive separation of the original founders and the "cool kids." Hans was the coolest kid, and he is dearly missed.
