This pokemon has been known to save the lives of drowning surfers and swimmers, carrying them on to the shore for others to find. For this, the people of Alola show great respect for Alolan Arcanine.
Alolan Arcanine's muscles have been strengthened due to constantly swimming in the depths of the ocean. Its jaws are capable of snapping the shells of its prey in half with ease; biting down with pressure of over 2000 PSI, competing with the likes of Hippowdon in Sinnoh. Its fierce strength paired with its speed in water makes it an optimized predator!
