After that I removed all the early game birds and rodents since they're pretty redundant with each other. Finally I removed anything OU or higher in the previous gen on the basis it will provide a fresher experience (I suppose there could have been better options here, like what appears most in the hall of fame debut, but I don't know if there's any way to get that data.)
That all brings it up to about ~250 removed, I don't know if I should go further than that with Route 1 bugs and so forth.
