as for aerilate extreme speed, I know it's not super strong, but it would be a really fun niche, +1 brave bird was enough to put talonflame into ou, even with taking 50% every switch on top of recoil, and sure it had priority roost too, but that's not really the game breaker
comparatively, if you gave pidgeot +10 to attack it would be 9 higher than talonflame, extremespeed would be at 96 base with no recoil, and +2 to outspeed other quick attack clones, and only takes 25% from pebbles, would be fun
I think it could fit comfortably into the ou tier, but not top level, there are some things it would check like amoonguss or urshifu, but the top threats aren't really bothered by flying, especially with zeraora and magearna running rampant
