Wow what a crazy 72 hours this has been, I basically did nothing but play Pokemon lol.
SO I think where we last left off I had just caught Red Gyrados at the lake of rage...so much has changed since then.
The fighting gym didn't give me too much grief but I lost both Lazarus(Meganium) and Fleek(Fanfy) at Pryce (Ice gym guy) Jasmine was fine but I lost Vim(Magneton to Claire)
I DID get hella extremely lucky and caught a dratini in Dragon's Cave HOWEVER it's stats leave something to be desired.
I lost TunnelSnek(Onix) to a destiny Bond wobbafet and I've been playing catch up ever since.
Right now I've got The Big Grind set up before I try to cross Victory Road. I originally had a Hoppip instead of a Poliwag but....the Hoppip got OHKO by a Drowzee pound crit (should have switched him out but wasn't paying enough attention...the perils of playing at high speed)
Honestly this has been a near disasterous run but that's part of the fun of nuzlocking. I'm honestly pretty pessimistic about this team beating the E4. I'm gonna try and grind them up to 45-55 (thinking Glaurung(dragonair) should evolve to Dragonite @ 55 before I go in but if you think that's cheating let me know below)
My biggest worries are Gengar, Gyrados, and of course Lance's Dragonite. Loosing Vim made me realize what a keystone of my party he was...I wasn't able to catch any other electric types and now either Glaurung or Kamala(Jinx) will need to pick up the slack...
Also some other Pokeomon I have in my box which I breifly considered using (and my reasons for not picking them)

It's hecka cute and valid but I have my reservations about bringing a normal type to the E4

I just feel it's cringe desu (even though I do believe that if its the first Pokemon encountered in an area it IS fair game. Same should apply to legendaries imo) I regret catchign red gyrado
