You drop TPCi, you pick up a dub studio that at least knows what they're doing (Funi, Aniplex whatever). There, with a new studio, the original music, eyecatches, OPs, EDs, and dialogue among other things are retained. Slightly more competent VAs with more experience are now available.
Now you make the script as edgy as possible, all by slipping in unnecessary curse words during action scenes, this gives it justification for my next point.
With the new edgy script, the show has enough leverage to be a new tailgate program for the ONLY anime in the US that gets decent ratings every week.

With the new scheduling behind a popular well-received program, edgier script to justify it, and genwunner audience dubfag backing, the show will get more ratings.
