Same issue with Gengar, but up to 11. It's there because Lucario still sells merch and is among the top most shilled Pokemon in the franchise and the only one that isn't from Kanto

Literally no fucking reason to justify this. It's there because fuck you, it's Kanto and a pesudo, so clap because Ash finally got a fully evolved pesudo on his team.
