I wanted to boost Nobunaga, an adamant, EV trained Swellow, by burning it, so I had it fight a Numel. It got killed by a crit Ember. During my fight with Norman, I tried to cheese the fight with protect, unluckily, I misclicked double Protect and Slaking killed Pelipper. That sucks, but I can only blame myself. Thank goodness Sandbag came in with the clutch sweeping Norman.
>>47586868Yes, Grubbin is a guaranteed first encounter. In, SM I believe the first encounter will always be a Pikkipek. I wouldn't blame you for skipping it. It's what I do when I nuzlocke USUM.
