It sends that Pokemon'w data to Game Freak, runs a special hack check, blocks/bans obvious hacks (if it can confirm that user was the creator), and sends any suspicious Pokemon to human reviewers. (And add a 'view received Pokémon' screen to Wondertrade that does the same thing).
