With lighting rod, he'd only be weak to grass types (that he can't hurt anyways).
And water is a great defensive typing, so by mixing up when he Tera, he can take a few hits despite its poor defenses.
And he's already amazing in rain teams in 2v2.
Can't wait to use him in doubles hollyshit.
