>>55802700This, ORAS are based. There's some stuff from the originals I miss, but in most ways the remakes are a massive improvement.
Exp share OFF and no petting until postgame though, or you get stupidly overleveled. In the postgame though they're excellent ways to level with less tedium. Btw you only need to get to 2 hearts of affection to get boosted exp. In-battle benefits like enduring hits, shaking off status conditions or getting more crits start at 3 hearts, so if you find that cheaty and just want to level quicker, stop petting at 2 hearts.
Also, get something with compoundeyes (nincada will do), put it in the first slot, faint it, and put something with frisk and thief (I used a shuppet) in the second slot, and dexnav hunt for pelippers. 5% of them carry a lucky egg, but compoundeyes ups that to 20%. The dexnav will sometimes tell you there's a lucky egg, but many of the ones it doesn't mention an item on have them too. Frisk detects those without wasting thief pp and wasting time since even more of them have a pretty wing.
You can also use the exp point O-power. Talk to the weird old men in the mauville pokecenter if you don't have it.
If you want loads of easy exp, go to the PC in your secret base and scan these QR codes. These are for 6 secret bases, all in Secret Meadow, where the trainer inside has 6 level 100 Blissey that don't attack you, kys, and give loads of exp especially when combined with exp share, 6 lucky eggs, 2 hearts of affection on all party members, and exp point O-power.
