Each of the seventeen types has their own folder, with legendaries, starters, and eeveelutions being separated in their own.
Within a type folder I list every fully-evolved Pokemon of that type (if a Pokemon is dual-type it goes in the type folder I feel fits it best). Every fully-evolved folder contains their prevos as another folder in them.
Example of how I would sort a Swadloon image: "Bug-types" ---> "542 - Leavanny" ---> "541 - Swadloon"
Sounds a bit convoluted, but hopefully you get the idea. If you think of Pokemon as belonging to a certain region and not a type then this might not be best for you.
