Im not even sure that would save it desu considering his best set right now is just spamming ice shards. I dont want to be that guy and give him something like huge power though because with gale wings you could at least do ice punch until you got hit.

This thing isnt even appreciated in almost any way. Its flat out fucking awful but god dammit i love its design. Assuming the RNG is on your side its okay at best. I wish GF would give it something good already.

Delibird is a great design it just has awful stats/abilities/type

When present is used on an ally the damage chance is changed to a guaranteed heal that will heal for what the damage value would have been.
