>>54002376It starts as a pure grass with Suction, low SPD/high Spdef and the lore says it loves the breeze and longs to follow the wind. Second stage is still grass but dying, speed and spdef are equal (Runaway, Dry Skin, Wind Rider as hidden), and the dex entry is about it's new freedom but also concern for it's dying branches. Last stage is fully dead, it's now all about speed and SpAtk (Wind Rider and Inflitrator can stay), and the entry is about it being lonely and lost, hoping it's scattered seeds will grow up to make better choices.
